Welcome to Print Pilot. By accessing or placing an order on printpilot.store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Print Pilot

Print Pilot LLC is a custom apparel printing company based in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. We specialize in direct-to-garment (DTG) printing using Kornit XDi technology.

2. Products & Orders

All products are made to order. By placing an order, you confirm that your design or selected product does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Print Pilot reserves the right to refuse any order that violates applicable laws or our content guidelines.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Your order price is locked at the time of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

By submitting a design or artwork, you represent that you own or have the right to use that content. You grant Print Pilot a limited license to reproduce your design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Print Pilot's branding, logos, and content are protected by intellectual property law and may not be used without written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is." While we use premium printing technology and quality materials, slight color variations may occur between screens and physical prints. This is inherent to the DTG process and does not constitute a defect.

6. Limitation of Liability

Print Pilot's liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
